client’s rights:
1.
Registration of any products in all manufacturers or manufacturers of this
product
2.

Organic Farming Law or IITVC.

and a statement must be obtained from the inspection office that he has no
penalties or financial dues.
8.
It is possible to register in more than one inspection office at the same time
in the following cases:

Differences in the applied organic
farming laws (i.e. registering the company according to a European organic
farming law in an inspection canter and an American law in another canter, for
example)

Variation in the manufacturing system
used (such as manufacturing and drying herbs in one canter, medicinal and
aromatic oils in another canter, or fibres in a third canter, and so on)
·
Product variation (such as fruit,
crops, and herbs in an inspection centre, and animal production, fodder, honey,
or mushrooms in another centre)
9.
It is not permissible to register the same crop, manufacturing system and the
same law in more than one centre
10.
The contract with the inspection office can be terminated or canceled at any
time, and it is not possible to contract with another office as long as it has
penalties (like the previous one)
11.
He has the right to file any complaint or grievance regarding any injustice or
bias that occurred to him from the inspection office to higher authorities,
such as the inspection centre accreditation office, or the responsible
authorities, whether national or the European Union.
12.
Complete confidentiality from the inspection office for all its data, work,
clients, and all the activities it carries out. No information is released from
the centre to any party except with written permission signed by the client
himself.

Full compliance with the Organic Farming Law and its provisions
2.
Commitment to all terms of the contract with the inspection centre and its
announced policies
3.
Compliance with all inspection centre requests and inspection requirements
4.
Commitment to pay all costs and financial dues to the inspection centre
5.
Do not deceive the inspection centre and give it any false or misleading
information
6.
Commitment to implementing any decisions or penalties from the inspection
centre
7.
Workers must be trained on the rules of organic farming, manufacturing
conditions, and on health and personal hygiene
