
1. Register any products on the certificate, provided that the suppliers or farms cover that product.
2. Have the right to the annual certificate if they successfully pass the annual inspection.
3. Have the right to obtain any export certificates, licenses, or any status statement from the inspection office, or any other services that do not conflict with the Organic Agriculture Law or the Inspection Center's policy.
4. Have the right to a copy of the inspection report.
5. Have the right to reduce the conversion period in accordance with the provisions of the law.
6. Have the right to use seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural inputs in accordance with the provisions of the law.
7. The inspection office must abide by the terms of the contract with it.
8. Have the right to make any amendment to the company's certificate, provided that this amendment does not violate the law or the Organic Agriculture Law.
9. Have the right to transfer to any other inspection office at any time, provided that they do not have penalties from the inspection office they transferred from. If there are penalties, they must be closed before the transfer, and a statement from the inspection office must be obtained that they do not have penalties or financial dues.
10. Can be registered with more than one inspection office at the same time. Time in the following cases:
Differences in the applicable organic agriculture laws (i.e., a company may register under European organic agriculture laws at one inspection center and American laws at another, for example)
Differences in the manufacturing system followed (e.g., processing and drying herbs at one center, medicinal and aromatic oils at another, or fibers at a third center, etc.)
Differences in the product (e.g., fruits, crops, and herbs at one inspection center, and animal production, feed, honey, or mushrooms at another center)
11. The same crop, manufacturing system, and law may not be registered at more than one center.
12. The contract with the inspection office may be terminated or cancelled at any time, and it is not permissible to contract with another office if it is subject to penalties (as before).
13. The company has the right to file a complaint or appeal against any injustice or bias suffered by the inspection office to higher authorities, such as the inspection center's accreditation office or the responsible authorities, whether national or European.
14. Complete confidentiality from the inspection office for all Its data, work, clients, and all activities it undertakes. No information from the center shall be disclosed to any party except with written permission signed by the client.
Client Commitment and Duties:
1. Full compliance with the Organic Agriculture Law, its terms, conditions, and requirements.
2. Compliance with all terms of the contract with the Inspection Center and its announced policies.
3. Compliance with all Inspection Center requests and inspection requirements.
4. Commitment to paying all costs and financial dues to the Inspection Center.
5. Refraining from deceiving the Inspection Center or providing it with any false or misleading information.
6. Commitment to implementing any decisions or penalties issued by the Inspection Center.
7. Conducting analyses and procedures and submitting the required documents.
8. Workers must be trained on organic agriculture rules, manufacturing conditions, and personal health and hygiene.
9. Continuous Improvement.
• Financial funding for the Inspection Office shall be provided by the company's clients or partners as needed.
